There is still a little bit of pain in the way I have to work with looming, but not like with crocheting. Of course, I couldn’t loom if my sweet daughter had not given me wonderful instructions. I had tried to read the instructions myself, but with no success. It is rather irritating that she took the looms and in 5 minutes voila – a hat! ROFL. I’m just kidding. I’m thrilled she was able to figure it out and teach me. I do still have to learn how to finish this off. She showed me, but I don’t remember now. Here are a couple of pictures of what I have accomplished thus far.
I was able to get into my Blogger blogs today so still not sure what I will do with them. Crochet Cabana is staying where it is for now, but I may move Crafty Corral to Wordpress if I can figure it out. I like that I can have more than one blog under one place so to speak without the signing in and out problem, but Blogger has other advantages too.
Happy Crocheting!
Sandie

looming is fun.
ReplyDeleteGlad you don't have to go cold turkey with out crafting at all while you heal. I have looms, but have only played with them. Be careful your hand.
ReplyDeleteI never like wordpress blogs, it's annoying trying to leave comments there, so I'm staying with blogger, they seemed to have fixed whatever the issue was.
I was trying to find a way to follow your Crochet Cabana blog and did not find a button on it. I must be missing something. I have loved your work and your You Tube Videos. They are very easy to understand. BTW I found you on the local charity Bridge and Beyond and was thrilled to see that you donate to it.
ReplyDeleteSherry, at the very top of the page there is "follow" on both this and the Crochet Cabana blog at http://crochetcabana.blogspot.com/ . At least that is what it shows on my computer. I hope it is the same for everyone. Hope that helps.
